Just wanted to post a picture of Elle I took the other day.

Brain Fog
First of all 4 days and counting!

I swear that I am the most forgetful person! Today, despite having my schedule on the computer and my planner, I scheduled 3 things right on top of each other. Fortunately I was able to work it all out, but I swear I am losing it some days.

Liv taught the boys a class on weather today - very cool! It made me want to learn more.

The boys had a friend spend the night - he got in on the weather class too.

I am hoping for rain today - otherwise I have baseball games every evening till we leave on vacation - with Robb working nights that leaves me to take the kids by myself.

Countdown till vacation
It is now 5 days till we leave on vacation! I still have so much to do! I have got to get laundry taken care of and figure out what we are going to pack and take for food. I should get to it, but it seems that other things are demanding my attention instead.
Case in point - I have to go outside and fix the hose for the kids to play in the water!

Memorial Day
Pretty good day. We washed all the windows in the house - inside and out, and the kids have been having water fights all afternoon with the neighbor kids. Robb got the grass mowed and I rearranged the dining room. Right now I am making chocolate chip banana bread.

Right now we have a skeleton in our living room. It is for VBS, I am using it for the registration table display (our theme is BODYWORX). This thing has freaked me out more than once since it arrived. It is the kind you would find in a Dr.'s office and it is standing by the stairs. The other night I was coming down the stairs for something and saw it out of the corner of my eye. I thought someone was standing there and I almost screamed! Robb said the same thing happened to him! At the moment it is staring at me - that is a little unsettling.

New Set-Up for the Website
We are returning to the cheap route for the website. Sorry about the ads, but $5/month was too much for us-especially when I go months without updating! I didn't want to totally scrap the whole thing so we decided to do some downsizing.

We finished with school about a week ago and now we are getting ready to leave on vacation in about a week. Summer is in full swing! It is HOT today and we have the sprinkler going in the driveway for the kids. I think they prefer to be inside playing the GameCube though - Will somebody please tell me why I thought that thing would be a good idea? It has become a bit of an obsession for the kids (and their Dad too at times).

Speaking of obsessions, LOST had it's season finale this week. I am hooked and the worst thing is that Robb won't watch it with me so I can't even talk to him about it. What was with the violet light and the deafening noise then everyone acting like it was no big deal when it was all over? Claire mentions it but no one else seemed to be weirded out by it. Am I alone in this confusion? I really hope Desmond isn't dead, he is a great character. Jin needs to get his manhood back - it is as though he an Sun switched roles and she is bossing him around while he just follows her around. I didn't like it when he was too controling but PLEASE be a man at least! Now I have to wait till October before I can find out what is going on!

That is it for today. Robb is napping on the couch, the kids are outside soaking each other and I need to make a dessert for church tonight.
